Our Clients
We serve a diverse client base, with a primary emphasis on closely held businesses, government entities, and non-profit organizations. The industries served include banking, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, restaurant, professional and other service industries. Additionally we provide tax services to over 3,000 individuals and taxable entities.

Our offices are located in three beautiful communities in Northeast Texas. Paris, Bonham and Denison each offers a relaxed, semi-rural lifestyle surrounded by some of the most scenic

Our Training Program
New staff members will work closely with senior staff accountants and officers of the firm during the first months of employment, learning the unique requirements of our clients by assisting in all areas of the firm's practice including audit, tax, and client write up. Our commitment to quality service is supported by a commitment to professional training. Professional staff members are required to attend 40 hours of CPE training annually. In-house continuing education courses are offered by the firm.

Description of Duties:
Experienced tax professionals with a minimum of four years experience needed for growing
individual and corporate tax practice.
Position: Audit Position
Location: Paris
Description of Duties:
Auditor with 7 or more years of audit and related experience. Duties include supervision and review work of other auditors on
assigned client audit engagements; close interaction with audit partners on various client and audit team matters; planning the audit program for assigned audit engagements;
and preparation of audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements, as well as federal and
state tax returns.
