McClanahan and Holmes, PLLC (M&H) established in Paris, Texas in 1952, is a regional public accounting firm serving Northeast Texas and Southern Oklahoma with offices in Paris, Bonham and Denison.

M&H originated from the public accounting practice opened in Paris in 1952 by Mr. F.I. McClanahan. In 1956, Mr. McClanahan and Mr. Bethel Holmes formed the partnership of McClanahan and Holmes. The Bonham office was opened in 1970, and the Denison office was opened in 1982.

Mr. McClanahan served as managing partner of the firm until 1985 and continued to practice part-time until his retirement in 1999. Mr. Holmes continued as a partner in the firm until his death in 1984. In 1996, the partnership was reorganized as a limited liability partnership and is currently managed by its six partners.
