Frank has served as a partner for over 30 years and specializes primarily in tax
in our Paris office.
A native of Levelland, Texas, Mr. Ray was employed by Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Company as an auditor and tax specialist in their Fort Worth office from 1966 until 1970. In 1970,
he joined McClanahan and Holmes and, became a partner in 1973.
